Q: How can I pay in a different currency?

A: You can change your currency by scrolling to the very bottom of the page. There you will find a currency selector.

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: Currently, we are only shipping within Canada and the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?

A: All requests to change or cancel an order must be made within 24 hours within placing the order. Please contact us to do so.

 

Q: My school can't pay for resources with a credit card. Can I still order?

A: Yes, simply contact us first and we'd be happy to help.

Magazine Subscriptions

Q: Is your magazine print or digital?

A: Unfortunately, we've had to discontinue our print magazine so it is now 100% digital.

 

Q: How will I receive my digital magazine?

A: If you've purchased a single copy of the magazine, it will be included in the order confirmation email. If you've ordered a subscription, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the magazine.

 

Q: When will I receive my magazine?

A:  If you've purchased a single copy of the magazine, you will receive it immediately in the order confirmation email. If you've purchased a subscription, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the magazine according to our publishing schedule.

 

Q: What is your publishing schedule?

A: January, March, May, and September.

 

Q: Can I purchase a gift subscription for someone?

A: At this time, digital subscriptions can't be purchased as a gift/
